Introduction:

DMEM, or Dulbecco's Modified Eagle Medium, is a widely recognized and extensively used medium for culturing various cells, especially those with rapid growth and low adhesion characteristics such as primary fibroblasts, nerve cells, glial cells, HUVEC, smooth muscle cells, Hela, 293, Cos-7, and PC-12, etc.

DMEM contains essential components including amino acids, vitamins, inorganic salts for cell culture, but it does not contain protein or growth factors. Cells can be cultured with 5-10% serum or serum-free additives, depending on the cell type. The product is sterilized by a 0.1μm filter membrane, has a pH range of 7.0-7.4, contains 25 mM D-glucose, phenol red indicator, and 25 mM HEPES buffer system. L-glutamine and sodium pyruvate are not included. HEPES, an excellent biological buffering agent with no toxic effect on cells, can maintain a stable pH range for an extended period.

Storage and Handling Conditions:

During transport, keep the product at room temperature. Store it between 2-8℃, and it's valid for 12 months.

1. This product has been filtered and sterilized. Please follow aseptic operation procedures during use to avoid contamination.

2. To maintain optimal effectiveness, avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
